A stunning converted barn set in a peaceful countryside location near Bath. This detached barn is 3/4 mile up the country lane beside Church Farm. It has its own private driveway with plenty of parking. The property has a well-equipped country style Kitchen with an Aga, dishwasher and a large American style fridge freezer (with an ice maker and iced water dispenser). The Dining Hall seats all residents on a large oak table. Relax in front of the woodburning stove in the Lounge while playing boardgames, watching television or simply enjoying good company.

Two double bedrooms are upstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom. There is one twin room downstairs and two triple rooms upstairs. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower above. A second downstairs toilet is available near the lobby of the house. This property is perfect for a family get-together, looking to explore the nearby area and its many attractions. It has also made an ideal base for Hen Parties to enjoy the activities in the nearby countryside as well as the vibrant, cultural and beautiful city of Bath.

The beds are made up ready for your arrival with crisp white cotton sheets and duvet covers. We do not use feather pillows or duvets. We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per person, two tea towels, Ecover cleaning products and all bed linen. Please bring your own swimming towels and any further towels you may need.
