Green Tourism

We strive to maintain a green business through various schemes. This is an ongoing development where we, with help from Green Tourism, have made changes to the way we act. Some examples of these are shown below;

• We provide Ecover washing liquids, shower gels and hand soap to all our guests. These products minimise the impact of soap in our environment
• We recycle everything we can, and encourage all our guests to do the same with our selection of bins provided
• We encourage the use of bikes, walking and buses as opposed to driving at every available opportunity
• The cottages are fitted with environmentally-friendly light bulbs which consume far less energy and last for longer
• We encourage guests to use our family farm shop/cafe, village shop (Co-operative) and village pub, The Seven Stars - all within walking distance.
