All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, use of indoor heating swimming

'SPECIAL' SHORT BREAKS
Why not chill out, relax and recharge your batteries? Book several cottages and
maybe meet up with family or friends. Perhaps you have a special occasion to
celebrate?
AS AN ALTERNATIVE
Of course you may want to bring your bikes and a more active break can be enjoyed.
There are two bike hire outlets within two miles of Church Farm. Bike storage is available together with maps for routes.
You have your own time and freedom to do the things you want!

SPECIAL SHORT BREAKS (excluding school holidays)
Please note short breaks are payable in full on booking. Payment can be made by cheque or most debit/credit cards are accepted. Cots and high chairs are provided at no extra charge, but you should provide your own cot linen.We provide 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for each bathroom, tea towels and all the bed linen. Please bring your own swimming towels and any further towels you may need. You are required to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure and arrive no sooner than 4pm on the day of arrival.
